Talent Development Senior Specialist – Saudi Nationals at Roland Berger. This role is based at Roland Berger and reports to the People team.

Role Purpose

Design, coordinate, and drive learning and talent development initiatives that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability building within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Delivery

  • Design, coordinate, and manage learning and development programs aligned with business and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement talent development initiatives such as leadership development, high-potential programs, mentoring, coaching, and career development frameworks.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, certifications, and development initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and employee development programs to ensure a positive employee experience.

Needs Analysis & Assessment

  • Conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with business leaders and department managers.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.

Learning Management Systems & Administration

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, course enrollments, attendance records, and learning documentation.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of learning records and reports.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation, learning effectiveness, talent metrics, and development KPIs.

Performance Management & Talent Development

  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance review cycles, development planning, and probation follow-ups.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across business leaders and HR teams.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to learning and development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a similar role.
  • Experience designing, coordinating, and delivering learning and development programs.
  • Experience supporting performance management processes, including performance reviews, development planning, and competency frameworks.
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintaining accurate learning records and reports.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning methodologies.
  • Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning and talent data to drive decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS platforms, or talent management systems is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for employee growth and continuous learning.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
