Role Overview

Tailor at Apparel Group. This role provides a personal service to each client specializing in modifications and adjustments.

Role Purpose

The Tailor completes repair works and alterations to suit a customer's needs, then conducts fittings to determine whether further alterations are required.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Communicate clearly with each client.
• Provide personal customer service.

Alterations & Repair

• Complete alterations to garments using thread or sewing machine.
• Perform repair works.
• Press garments.

Design & Pattern Work

• Adapt and develop existing designs.
• Draw patterns or alter existing patterns.

General Duties

• Work to deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as required.
