Role Purpose

Provide systems administration and infrastructure support for VAM Systems' Qatar operations, serving one of the leading banks in Qatar as a deputed resource.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Manage HP Unix, Solaris and Oracle Database systems.
• Administer backup systems including Veritas.
• Oversee VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Support commercial cloud architectures including Azure and Amazon.

Project & Process Leadership

• Lead projects and tasks assigned.
• Provide ideas to enhance tasks and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4 years of experience in systems administration.

Skills & Competencies

Primary Skills (Mandatory)

• HP Unix.
• Solaris.
• Oracle Database.

Secondary Skills

• Backup systems (Veritas).
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Commercial cloud architectures (Azure, Amazon).
• Project leadership.
• Initiative and innovation in technology enhancement.
