Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional hospitality by managing incoming telephone calls, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests, and relaying critical information to support hotel operations and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication

• Provide exceptional phone support with an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests

Hotel Operations & Knowledge

• Maintain relevant knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations
• Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations

Emergency Response

• Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations

Technology & Systems

• Leverage communication tools including PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
