Role Overview

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Surveyor to join the team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on accurate measurement and mapping of construction sites to support project delivery and ensure precision in construction planning and execution.

Role Purpose

Conduct field surveys and collect accurate data concerning land, structures, and construction sites. Provide surveying support to project teams by analyzing data and delivering the measurements, elevations, angles, and spatial information required for construction planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Field Surveys & Data Collection

• Conduct field surveys to collect accurate data concerning land, structures, and construction sites.
• Utilize surveying equipment and software to measure distances, elevations, and angles.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments as needed.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain detailed records, sketches, and reports of survey findings.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to provide necessary survey data.
• Assist in setting out construction works according to design plans and specifications.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications during fieldwork.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in surveying, preferably within the construction industry.
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or similar environments is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in using modern surveying instruments and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS).
• Good understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
