Role Overview
Security Supervisor at Hilton. The role is based at a hotel property and focuses on ensuring guest, team member, and facility safety while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Role Purpose
As a Security Supervisor, you ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and hotel facilities by conducting patrols, supervising security personnel, responding to emergencies, investigating incidents, and promoting workplace safety protocols across the property.
Key Responsibilities
Security Operations
- Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Provide security backup by stepping in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise Security Guards and Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Train and schedule security team members.
- Promote adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members.
Incident Management & Investigation
- Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information and document findings.
- Ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.
