Superintendent-Accommodation Services

Role Overview

Superintendent - Accommodation Services at Transguard Group, based in Dubai. The role is responsible for the smooth running and supervising of all TG Accommodations' portfolio, including daily operations and ensuring the Health, Safety, Hygiene, Welfare, and security of TG Employee accommodation properties (leased and owned).

Role Purpose

To oversee all accommodation services operations, manage resident welfare and safety, maintain compliance with regulations, resolve issues as they arise, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improvement across TG's accommodation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Safety Management

• Supervise the daily running of all TG accommodations.
• Ensure the Health, Safety, Hygiene, Welfare, and security of accommodation properties.
• React to issues as they arise until resolution.
• Collaborate with peers on the daily running of TG accommodations, including training and compliance.
• Provide assistance to other Managers with peak deployments on priority contracts as required.

Financial Management

• Ensure mobilization and demobilization activities proceed to plan and within allocated budget, often out of hours.
• Organize and run special events within allocated budget.

Customer & Resident Care

• Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of TG Residents.
• Actively identify areas of improvement through promotion of open communications.
• Oversee events and accommodation supporting projects from start to completion.

Training & Compliance

• Provide training and guidance to Managers and Lead Supervisors on internal processes.
• Educate Managers and Lead Supervisors on regulations required for Accommodation Services.
• Deliver training on policies and processes.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify new and better ways of performing daily tasks in TG accommodations.
• Identify and explore ways to work more efficiently and cost effectively.
• Put Lean Six Sigma training into practice.

Qualifications & Experience

• Up to 10 years in the industry or experience managing a large group of employees.
• Occupational Health and Safety certificate.
• Experience providing training on policies and processes.
