Role Purpose

Support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) for the GCC energy sector by creating and reviewing realistic, high-quality technical scenarios that reflect real operational, engineering, and regulatory challenges. Your expertise will ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within one of the world's most critical industries.

Key Responsibilities

Scenario Design & Development

• Design realistic Oil & Gas scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in GCC operational contexts, including drilling, production optimization, LNG logistics, and HSE incidents.
• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions reflecting industry best practices.

Quality Assurance & Review

• Review AI and human-generated responses for technical accuracy, safety compliance, and operational realism.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for technical and operational problem-solving tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in Oil & Gas or Energy (upstream, midstream, or downstream).
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering, HSE, Process Engineering, LNG/Gas Operations, Procurement, or Energy Transition.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in GCC energy environments.

Skills & Competencies

• Native Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic) with strong professional English proficiency.
