Role Overview

Subject Matter Expert – Finance (Arabic GCC), Remote position with Lilt Production. This is a contract-based role for experienced finance professionals contributing to an AI benchmarking project.

Role Purpose

Create and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios in Arabic (GCC) that evaluate how AI systems understand and perform in language-specific and regulatory-compliant financial environments. Your expertise will directly shape AI performance in finance contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create realistic, domain-specific financial tasks in Arabic (GCC) reflecting local finance practices.

Quality Assurance & Evaluation

• Apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses.
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality.
• Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality "gold standard" solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Native proficiency in Arabic (GCC) with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services, such as structuring, compliance, audit, risk, or investment analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GCC financial products and frameworks.
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory environments, including central banks, capital market authorities, and tax/zakat frameworks.
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in Arabic (GCC) with high attention to detail.

Skills & Competencies

• Domain expertise in finance and financial services.
• Professional writing and evaluation abilities in target language.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Additional Information

Contract & Work Structure

• Independent contractor role (1099) with flexible scheduling.
• No fixed hours, no check-ins, no micromanagement.
• Work availability fluctuates with project demand; better suited as supplemental income than primary income source.
• Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
• Hours and work volume are not guaranteed.
