Role Overview

Store Supervisor at APM Monaco, Solitaire Mall, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position supporting the Store-in-Charge in managing sales operations and building client relationships for the contemporary fashion jewelry brand.

Role Purpose

Engage clients with exceptional service and foster strong relationships with in-store customers to build the APM Monaco brand in the Saudi Arabia market. Support store operations and drive sales performance through effective team and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Deliver exceptional client service to strengthen in-store customer relationships.
• Maintain track record of outstanding sales performance.
• Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives and execution.

Operations & Management

• Support Store-in-Charge in sales and operations management.
• Conduct KPI analysis and performance monitoring.
• Manage rostering and scheduling.
• Lead team management activities.
• Support visual merchandising execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial position.
• Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM capability.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
• Additional languages preferred.
• Approachable personality.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.
