Role Overview

Store Solution Applications System Analyst (2023676) at Nahdi Care. This role supports the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of applications software across retail healthcare operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, data security, and alignment of IT solutions with clinical and business needs.

Role Purpose

To implement and deploy applications software, provide staff support and training, ensure regulatory compliance and data security, analyze data for operational insights, monitor application performance, and safeguard patient privacy in order to align IT solutions with clinical needs and improve healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Deployment

• Support development of new applications or customization of existing ones to meet unique retail industry needs for assigned applications.
• Support implementation of new software applications or major updates on assigned applications, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and compatibility with existing systems.

User Support & Problem Resolution

• Act as level 2 support for assigned applications with end users, ensuring any bugs or errors are resolved within agreed SLAs to meet internal customer needs.
• Analyze specific requirements of end users and support in designing solutions that meet their needs and streamline required processes.

Analysis & Optimization

• Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting purposes to identify areas of development and operating inefficiencies.
• Continuously monitor the performance of applications, ensuring they meet the demands of a fast-paced retail environment and identifying areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with vendors that provide specialized applications support, ensuring that tools meet the specific needs of end users.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure that IT solutions align with business needs and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure patient privacy is maintained in all applications, with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection best practices.
• Improve patient care and enhance operational efficiency through compliant application design and deployment.

Professional Development

• Stay abreast of technological advancements in both the IT and pharmacy sectors.
• Explore innovative solutions like tele pharmacy, mobile health apps, and AI-driven tools.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• BSc in IT (preferably in MIS Systems Design) or related field.

Experience

• 3+ years in an IT applications function with preference for retail or related industry.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in specific store applications and general retail systems.
• Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Java, Python, or .NET.
• Skills in database technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
• Knowledge of various phases of SDLC.
• Familiarity with common ERP and CRM platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Understanding of various operating systems like Windows, Linux.

• Working days: 5 days per week.
• Days off: 2 days per week.
