Role Purpose

The Store Manager leads the Qatar store location to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and ensure all products meet the highest safety standards. The role ensures operational excellence while supporting Babyshop's mission to provide parents with high-quality, safe, and accessible children's products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service

• Deliver personalized advice and solutions through Babyshop's "My Baby Expert" service to support customers with parenting, product, and brand-related concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement across the store.

Operational Management

• Maintain store operations to the highest standards of safety, quality, and accessibility.
• Ensure all products meet the highest safety standards, from toys to strollers to car seats and beyond.
