Role Purpose

Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all food and beverage premises in accordance with HACCP and hotel standards to deliver a truly first-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Perform general cleaning as required by food and beverage and kitchen operations.
• Ensure floors and work areas are free of hazards and obstruction and are organised at all times.
• Keep kitchen equipment properly cleaned and maintained.
• Take on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience

• One year of experience as a Steward preferably in a 5-star hotel or similar.
• Understanding of different cleaning procedures is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Physical strength to lift, push, and pull large objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), which may involve bending and kneeling.
