Role Purpose

To keep kitchen and dining areas spotless while supporting seamless service delivery and memorable guest experiences. The role ensures all serviceware, equipment, and facilities meet hygiene and safety standards, enabling the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Serviceware and Equipment Maintenance

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils to maintain service standards
• Scrub pots and pans thoroughly
• Polish silver
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions

Kitchen and Dining Area Cleanliness

• Perform essential cleaning tasks including mopping and waste removal
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness to support seamless service

Stock and Supply Management

• Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked
• Organize supplies and equipment for seamless service

Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Follow all health and safety protocols
• Handle hazardous substances safely
• Comply with all hygiene and safety regulations
• Promptly alert the supervisor on duty to any safety concerns or equipment issues
• Report maintenance needs to the supervisor on duty

Team Support

• Train and mentor team members
• Share expertise with new team members to strengthen team performance
