Stakeholder Engineer position with Waagner Biro Bridge Services, part of Egis Group, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is reserved for UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose
Serve as a critical bridge between technical teams and diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project objectives, and successful delivery of engineering initiatives. Bring valuable local insights and cultural understanding to stakeholder engagement efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Identification and Analysis
- Identify, map, and analyze stakeholders across engineering projects, assessing their interests, influence, and impact on project outcomes.
Engagement Strategy and Communication
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to project phases and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts into accessible language.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress, changes, and decisions.
Requirements and Feedback Management
- Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements, feedback, and concerns, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- Maintain detailed stakeholder registers and engagement logs, tracking interactions and outcomes.
Relationship and Coordination Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and business leaders to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction throughout project lifecycle and proactively address issues or escalations.
- Identify and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and manage expectations during project transitions or changes.
Continuous Improvement
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, engagement, or relationship coordination within engineering or technical projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and familiarity with project lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and technical project environments.
- Experience in conflict resolution and change management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
- Experience working in the UAE or Middle Eastern business environment (preferred).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in documentation and data analysis tools.
- Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or stakeholder management platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
