Role Overview
Stakeholder and Interface Manager at Surbana Jurong Group, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role leads stakeholder engagement and interface management across major airport development programmes.

Role Purpose
To lead stakeholder engagement and interface management across major airport development programmes by coordinating closely with airport operators, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure operational requirements are successfully integrated into project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination
- Lead stakeholder and interface management across airport programmes.
- Coordinate with airport operations, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
- Capture and manage stakeholder requirements, approvals, and actions.
Requirements Integration and Delivery
- Ensure operational requirements are incorporated into design and delivery.
- Manage interfaces, risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects.
Authority and Commissioning Support
- Support authority approvals, ORAT, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain stakeholder and interface registers and provide reporting to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Airport Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in airport operations, airport development, ORAT, or major aviation infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder and interface management experience on complex airport programmes.
- Aviation PMC, client-side, or airport operator experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of airport operations, airline requirements, and regulatory processes.
- Experience working with airport operators, airlines, aviation authorities, and government agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Arabic.
