Role Purpose

Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic staff accommodation to create a pleasant living environment for all residents while supporting the operational needs of the property.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Clean and maintain staff accommodation rooms, corridors, and common areas according to Four Seasons standards.
• Support with laundry, waste disposal, and other cleaning duties.
• Replenish room and common area amenities as needed.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and pleasant living environment for all residents.

Safety & Inspections

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with room inspections prior to new employee arrivals and after departures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or staff accommodation.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to high standards.
