Key Responsibilities

Operations & Sales

• Manage day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising and store KPIs.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach and develop the store team.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure food safety, quality and brand standards are maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• Significant prior experience as a Store Manager, ideally within food retail.

Skills & Competencies
