Role Overview

Senior QA Engineer at JASARA PMC. The role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of projects through quality assurance processes, comprehensive testing, and data analysis.

Role Purpose

Develop and implement quality assurance processes, conduct comprehensive testing, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and lead and mentor a QA team.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Strategy & Process

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Testing & Defect Management

• Plan and execute thorough testing, including functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
