Role Purpose

Lead Talabat Qatar's overall supply ecosystem to ensure a sustainable, high-quality, and high-performing rider base across the country. Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy, operations, and partnerships that enable service excellence and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute the overall supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with business demand and market dynamics.
• Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning to ensure full coverage and service level adherence.
• Identify and launch new supply channels such as female riders, refugees, micro-financing, and e-bikes to diversify and sustain fleet growth.
• Build long-term plans to sustain growth and strengthen Talabat's market leadership position.

Partnership & 3PL Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, from selection and onboarding to performance management and contract renewals.
• Set clear KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and rider quality.
• Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key 3PL partners to drive alignment and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to 3PL compliance and performance KPIs.

Operations & Performance

• Lead and manage the on-ground operations team to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and service quality.
• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs including rider supply rate, EPH, order-on-time percentage, and churn rate.
• Oversee equipment management including uniforms, delivery boxes, and e-bikes to ensure consistent quality and operational standards.
• Ensure adherence to performance KPIs such as supply run rate, rider churn and retention, rider NPS, EPH, and operational coverage.
• Implement standardized processes and digital tools to enhance control, visibility, and scalability across operations.

Process Improvement & Technology

• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and rider satisfaction.
• Drive automation and technology-enabled initiatives to improve visibility and performance management.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Coach and develop a high-performing team of managers, seniors, and specialists across supply, 3PLs, and operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as People, Finance, Commercial, and Product to align on strategies and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required, with preference for majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent work experience in compliance or auditing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational roles within fast-paced environments.
• Track record in FoodTech logistics sector is a plus.
• Management consulting experience is a significant advantage.
• Management experience is advantageous, with the ability to effectively manage direct reports and foster a strong team culture.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with capacity to dig into detail, manage complexity, and drive decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, demonstrating a strong analytical skill set.
• Ability to reason analytically, logically, and in a consistent fashion.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging across a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Arabic is good to have but not necessary.
• Extremely organized and process-driven, with proven ability to manage a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities and managing expectations well.

• Able to travel to all Talabat markets as needed.
