Role Overview
Sr. Civil Engineer / Transportation Design Engineer at JASARA PMC, based in Saudi Arabia, focused on transportation design delivery within major civil infrastructure programs supporting Vision 2030.

Role Purpose
You will play a key part in shaping transportation design outcomes across major civil infrastructure projects, supporting the delivery of practical, compliant, and high-quality engineering solutions. You will work closely with internal disciplines, clients, and project stakeholders to help advance design packages from development through submission while maintaining a strong focus on coordination, accuracy, and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Lead transportation design packages for roads, corridors, and civil infrastructure projects.
- Support project planning, design development, and timely submission of deliverables.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant engineering design solutions.
- Work closely with internal disciplines, clients, and project stakeholders.
Quality & Compliance
- Review drawings, specifications, and calculations for quality and technical accuracy.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, codes, and Saudi project standards.
- Review multidisciplinary engineering designs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Transportation Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in transportation and highway engineering.
- Experience in major infrastructure, highways, interchanges, bridges, and transportation programs.
- Experience working within PMC, client, or design consultancy environments.
