Sr. Analyst/Corporate HSE & Security (UAE National)

Role Overview

Sr. Analyst/Corporate HSE & Security at Etisalat E&, based in the UAE. This position requires UAE National status.

Role Purpose

Oversee building management systems (BMS) operations, lead a team of operators, and ensure the smooth functioning of BMS equipment and associated systems while maintaining safety, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

BMS Operations & Supervision

• Supervise daily BMS operations, including monitoring, controlling, and adjusting system parameters.
• Lead and coordinate a team of BMS Operators and Senior Operators.
• Ensure timely response to alarms, faults, and service requests.
• Supervise and carry out the operations and maintenance of computerized building control systems to ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and premises.

Maintenance & System Management

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for BMS equipment and associated systems including HVAC, lighting, and access control.
• Assist in system upgrades, expansions, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Supervise and maintain computerized Building Management, Security, Safety, and Access Control systems in adherence to Corporate Safety and Security Policy and standards.

Coordination & Integration

• Liaise with other departments including electrical, mechanical, and IT for integrated system performance.
• Interface with concerned Engineering Sections and Head Office HSE for both normal operation and diagnosis and performance restoration of various systems during abnormalities.
• Control entry access to buildings, premises, and sites.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
• Support the BMS Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and improvement proposals.

Compliance & Development

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to BMS staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.
• UAE National status required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of BMS equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and access control systems.
• Proficiency in using BMS software and tools for monitoring and control.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
