Role Overview
Specialty UAE, Medical Representative at Tamer Group, based in the United Arab Emirates.
Role Purpose
Represent Tamer Group's specialty pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions across the UAE, building relationships and driving product awareness and adoption in the specialty care segment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned specialty pharmaceutical products within the UAE market.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key healthcare decision-makers, including physicians, hospital administrators, and pharmacy directors.
- Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for assigned product portfolio.
- Expand market share and penetration in the specialty pharmaceutical segment.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with hospital procurement and clinical teams to understand product needs.
- Provide ongoing support and product information to healthcare partners.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE pharmaceutical regulations and industry codes of conduct.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Document product inquiries and conversion metrics for reporting purposes.
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and competitive intelligence to management.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics in the specialty pharmaceutical sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3β5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the specialty or hospital segment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the UAE healthcare market and regulatory environment is advantageous.
