Role Purpose

To deliver premium aesthetic consultations and advanced clinical procedures, designing bespoke long-term rejuvenation plans that blend aesthetic treatments with preventive medicine for high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Practice

• Conduct premium, comprehensive consultations to build bespoke, long-term face and body rejuvenation plans.
• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic procedures including injectables, thread lifts, laser resurfacing, and device-based body contouring with clinical excellence.
• Design comprehensive treatment plans addressing both facial aesthetics and body skin quality, including neck, décolletage, hands, striae, and laxity treatments.

Holistic Medicine & Preventive Care

• Blend aesthetic treatments with preventive medicine, providing nutritional or supplement guidance where applicable to optimize skin health.
• Interpret blood panels and biomarkers to treat skin conditions holistically from the inside out.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain flawless medical documentation in full compliance with DHA regulations.

Brand & Marketing

• Act as a brand ambassador, participating in occasional marketing or social media content to showcase your expertise.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of active clinical practice in the UAE.
• Active, clean DHA (Dubai Health Authority) or MOH Specialist License.
• Solid clinical experience in top-tier aesthetic clinics across the CIS region.
• Proven track record in designing comprehensive treatment plans addressing full-body and face aesthetics.
• Background or certifications in Preventive Medicine, Anti-Ageing, or Nutrition (highly valued).

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in operating premium aesthetic platforms and advanced energy-based devices.
• Hands-on expertise with Morpheus8 (Advanced RF Microneedling for face and body remodeling).
• Hands-on expertise with Ultherapy (Gold-standard non-invasive SMAS lifting).
• Hands-on expertise with Sciton BBL (High-end photorejuvenation and skin toning).
• Hands-on expertise with Hydrafacial (Premium medical-grade facial rejuvenation and deep cleansing).
• Deep understanding of distinct aesthetic preferences of CIS and European clientele.
• Ability to interpret blood panels and biomarkers.
