Role Purpose

To provide expert clinical dermatology and aesthetic medicine services while leading the clinic as Medical Director, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and continued practice growth through hands-on treatment delivery and clinical oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Consultations & Assessments

• Conduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations and assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment planning for each patient.

Hair Transplantation

• Perform and oversee hair transplant procedures.
• Conduct patient assessment for hair transplant candidacy.
• Execute hair transplant treatment plans.
• Manage post-treatment follow-up care.

Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and PRP.
• Deliver other non-surgical aesthetic procedures within approved DHA privileges.

Dermatological Care

• Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical care.

Medical Direction & Governance

• Serve as Medical Director overseeing clinical standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety protocols.
• Monitor quality of care across the clinic.

Patient Management & Documentation

• Manage treatment outcomes and complications.
• Obtain and maintain informed consent documentation.
• Ensure thorough clinical documentation.
• Conduct patient follow-ups and outcome tracking.

Team & Growth

• Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a premium patient experience.
• Support the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA license.
• Proven hands-on hair transplant experience required.
• Strong experience in aesthetic medicine and injectable/non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Previous Dubai/UAE aesthetic clinic experience required.
• Ability to undertake the responsibilities of Medical Director in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
