Role Purpose

Develop detailed cost estimates across planning, tendering, and execution phases of offshore projects. Analyze project requirements, scope, and risks to determine cost impacts and support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Planning

• Develop detailed cost estimates during planning, tendering, and execution phases.
• Prepare budget forecasts, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and estimates at completion.
• Analyze project requirements, scope, and risks to determine cost impacts.

Financial Analysis & Support

• Support decision-making through cost comparisons and financial recommendations.
• Provide cost comparisons and financial recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Cost Control & Optimization

• Monitor cost variances and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Participate in value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives.

Systems & Standards

• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Overall 20+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in offshore projects with FEED/Engineering experience on mega value (>$1 billion) projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Previous experience with ADNOC projects is an added advantage.
