SPARK Apprenticeship Program 2026 – Emiratisation with Chalhoub Group. This is an early-career apprenticeship opportunity for Emirati talent to gain immersive, hands-on experience in luxury retail across the Group's operations.

Role Purpose

The SPARK Apprenticeship Program is designed to give ambitious Emirati talent an immersive introduction to the world of luxury retail through meaningful, hands-on experience. You will join one of the Group's teams and contribute to real business priorities while learning directly from experienced professionals, gradually building confidence and capabilities across potential career pathways in Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Technology & Data, Human Resources, Finance, Sustainability, Commercial, Creative, Retail Operations and more.

Key Responsibilities

Practical Experience & Project Contribution

• Gain practical experience within a business function aligned with your interests, strengths and career aspirations.
• Support day-to-day projects, operations and business priorities alongside experienced professionals.
• Contribute to research, reporting, presentations, data analysis, coordination and project delivery depending on your assigned function.
• Take increasing ownership of responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence develop.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Learning

• Work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders across the Group.
• Develop an understanding of how different functions work together to deliver luxury experiences to customers.
• Build your professional network and learn from colleagues across different levels and areas of the business.
• Bring your perspective, curiosity and fresh ideas to the challenges your teams are solving.

Professional Development

• Participate in structured learning and development opportunities alongside your on-the-job experience.
• Receive guidance, coaching and feedback to support your professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree or completing internship requirement with no courseload.
• Previous professional experience is not the most important part of your application; we are interested in understanding your potential, interests, strengths and willingness to grow.
