Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional spa therapies and body treatments to guests while maintaining the highest service standards, creating lasting positive impressions through warm, welcoming hospitality aligned with company procedures and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Operations
- Greet guests in a warm, welcoming manner and address them by name to create a positive first impression.
- Contribute to high-level service delivery in accordance with company standards as prescribed in the Standard Operations Manual.
- Answer all guest questions related to services and identify the benefits or advantages of treatments required.
- Establish and maintain good relationships and rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
Treatment Delivery
- Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in Standard Training Manual.
- Ensure all equipment associated with service functions properly at all times.
Administration
- Update the Therapist Logbook.
- Complete all assignments by deadlines as stated by spa manager or supervisor guidelines.
- Respond to changes as indicated by the company.
Policy, Procedure & Safety
- Maintain complete understanding of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain complete understanding of and adhere to company policies related to fire, hygiene, environmental health, and safety.
- Report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with name badge at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the management team.
Professional Development
- Participate in new training and refreshing programs as required.
