Role Purpose

As a Spa Therapist and Receptionist, you provide a full range of massage and beauty therapy treatments while maintaining high standards throughout each treatment. You perform retail sales to members and guests and promote the desired work culture by living the five winning ways value: Do the Right Thing, Show We Care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, and Work Better Together.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Communicate with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
• Explain massages, treatments, and therapists to guests and provide suitable recommendations as needed.
• Inquire about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.

Guest Care & Complaint Management

• Resolve guest complaints and report any accidents to the supervisor.

Record Keeping & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.

Hygiene & Facility Management

• Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use.
• Ensure that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.

Retail & Upselling

• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in effective learning and development methods.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Additional language is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated.
