Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional spa experiences through a variety of treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and more. Provide personalized care and attention to detail to ensure each guest enjoys a blissful escape from the everyday while upholding the luxury standards and reputation of Spa InterContinental.
Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery
- Perform a range of spa treatments with skill and precision.
- Consult with guests to customize treatments based on their preferences and needs.
Standards & Guest Experience
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas.
- Uphold the luxury standards and reputation of Spa InterContinental through professional and courteous interactions with guests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification or Diploma in Spa Therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
