Role Purpose

Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments to guests, ensuring their comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction through personalized services, maintained treatment standards, and contribution to the overall luxury spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products, services, and trends.

Facility & Standards Management

• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Guest Experience & Sales

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel relaxed and pampered.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and sales.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Certification in specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or Turkish spa specialties.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in various massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
