To oversee health club, fitness center, spa, and salon operations while leading and developing team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles. The Spa Supervisor ensures seamless, high-quality guest experiences and operational efficiency through hands-on leadership and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise health club operations and support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
• Provide hands-on support by stepping into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints.

Team Leadership

• Lead the health club team by training, scheduling, and supervising team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles.
• Inspire others through leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

Business Operations

• Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
