Role Purpose

To conduct professional vehicle inspections, build rapport with sellers, identify their priorities, assist in deal closure, and ensure a positive customer experience that reflects well on the brand and encourages referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Meet and greet sellers in a warm, professional manner to create a strong first impression and build rapport.
• Guide sellers through the check-in, waiting, and deal area process.
• Identify the seller's priorities using standard open and closed-ended qualifying questions.
• Feed information gathered to the closer to support deal progression.
• Send off all prospective sellers—whether they accept or reject offers—in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive image of SellAnyCar and motivate referrals.

Vehicle Inspection

• Perform vehicle inspections in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
• Complete inspection reports accurately within stipulated timeframes according to SellAnyCar Quality Standards for picture and vehicle inspection.

Deal Support & Documentation

• Assist the closer in closing deals using appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value increase, and objection handling techniques.
• Complete appropriate documentation for accepted offers.
• Forward completed documentation and vehicle details to the Operations Team.
• Ensure the Operations Team receives all documentation in full.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Technician or Engineer.
• UAE Driving License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of technical or customer service experience.
• Diploma or Degree qualification.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong vehicle inspection skills.
• Strong customer experience and sales skills.
• General proficiency in browsers, applications, and email.
• General proficiency in English.
