Role Purpose

This role orchestrates the full power of the Cisco portfolio to design and deliver transformative technical outcomes that align with customers' strategic business goals. You will architect comprehensive, multi-architecture solutions across networking, security, cloud, and AI, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders navigating the complexities of modern IT and emerging AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Orchestrate the full power of the Cisco portfolio to design and deliver transformative technical outcomes that align with customer strategic business goals.
• Architect comprehensive, multi-architecture solutions across networking, security, cloud, and AI to build the resilient platforms necessary for customer digital success.

Technical Strategy & Sales

• Lead end-to-end technical strategy and customized proofs-of-value to demonstrate the art of the possible and solve customers' most critical technical challenges.
• Lead complex technical sales cycles for large-scale enterprise accounts.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, providing expert guidance on navigating the complexities of modern IT and emerging AI opportunities.
• Deliver substantial technical presentations to internal partners and external customers.
• Manage technical relationships with customers and partners.

Product & Engineering Feedback

• Influence the future of Cisco products by serving as a critical feedback loop between customers and internal engineering and product development teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in a pre-sales engineering role or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Significant technical experience in at least two of the following areas: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration.
• Proven experience leading complex technical sales cycles for large-scale enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical relationships with customers and partners.
• Deep, cross-architectural understanding of how technology domains intersect, such as the integration of security with cloud strategy.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their relationship to on-premise and hybrid infrastructure.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional ability to articulate a technical vision and translate it into tangible business outcomes for executive-level audiences.
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and a history of mentoring others.
• Industry certifications such as CCIE or CCDE highly valued.

• Employment Type: Hybrid, full time.
• Hours of Work: 48 hours per week.
