Role Purpose
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, ensuring efficient and effective onboarding of sophisticated investors. The role combines deep knowledge of finance and technology to unlock significant business value for clients while maintaining superior client experience and strong project governance.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the EMEA market.
- Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
- Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the EMEA market.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve their goals.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar's platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows.
- Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones and priorities.
- Train and communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to ensure seamless client handoffs and delivery excellence.
- Work with other Addepar resources within Sales, Product, and Partnership organizations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 or more years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding, ideally within wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments.
- Background providing superior client experience directly in investment management or in software deployments of a related domain.
- Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to advise clients on how to model and examine their financial instruments and assets.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for technology and finance.
- Comfortable collaborating across global teams and managing projects remotely.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge, with Python preferred, is an advantage.
