Role Overview
Software Engineer - Emirati Talent at Ghobash Group (CNS). This is an in-house software development position supporting the company's pivot into pioneering software creation.

Role Purpose
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services while taking ownership of assigned features from design through deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
- Take ownership of assigned features from design through deployment and support.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Ensure applications are secure, performant, and reliable.
Collaboration & Code Quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
Operations & Support
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Compliance
- Comply with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Around two years of professional software development experience.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle, production support, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.
- Relevant technical experience in software development, cloud, DevOps, or related areas.
