Role Purpose
Oversee and manage soft services operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management across assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Supervise soft services staff and ensure consistent delivery of cleaning and maintenance services
- Monitor facility conditions and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Manage schedules and resource allocation for soft services teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all service areas
Quality & Standards
- Conduct regular inspections to verify service quality and adherence to company standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Maintain documentation and records of services provided and maintenance activities
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with facilities management and other departments to coordinate service delivery
- Respond to and resolve service-related issues and complaints from building occupants
