Skilled Helper position with Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support maintenance operations and activities across the organization while demonstrating understanding of business objectives and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

• Understand NFP business environment and objectives.
• Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.

Communication

• Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.

Technical Knowledge & Operations

• Develop knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in Napco's maintenance practices.
• Generate the required output with the least required resources.
