Role Purpose

Operate production machinery according to established procedures while maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety standards and supporting the organization's operational objectives within a not-for-profit business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Production

• Operate all steps and activities for required production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other applicable instructions.
• Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.

Compliance & Safety

• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and standards and procedures set forth by Napco.
• Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans and property and prevent market losses.

Business Understanding

• Understand not-for-profit business environment and objectives.
• Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
