Role Overview

Skilled Helper at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support machine operators and maintain production efficiency by managing raw materials, organizing work areas, and ensuring smooth machine operations with strict adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Material & Inventory Management

• Arrange all raw materials in their dedicated places.
• Ensure the availability of required raw materials to avoid machine stoppages.

Work Area Organization

• Ensure all waste trolleys and bins are in the right place.

Machine Support

• Assist the Operator in setting up the machine and size changes.
• Follow the instructions of the Operator.
• Arrange machine workers to clean or repack in case of small stoppages.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Consult and participate at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or technical diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in manufacturing of baby diapers, feminine napkins, under pads, or adult diapers.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and production processes.
