SKILLED HELPER

Role Overview

Skilled Helper position at Napco National, working around-the-clock shifts in production and materials handling.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Check and load various raw materials and other raw materials throughout the shift.
• Prepare rolls to be mounted on machines.
• Monitor machines and products during production.
• Assist operators, lead operators, and team leaders upon request.
• Support operators in reaching KPI targets.

Materials & Packing

• Prepare pallets and packing materials as needed.
• Handle packing, loading, unloading, weighing, and transferring of materials to work-in-progress and finished goods areas.
• Fill roll and pallet labels.

Quality & Documentation

• Report any quality defects to QC, team leaders, lead operators, and operators.
• Acquire all needed paperwork and materials, including documents, parts, and tools, from related sections.

Housekeeping

• Dispose of generated waste.
