Role Overview

Skilled Helper at Napco National. This is a production support role responsible for assisting with machine operation and facility maintenance under the guidance of lead and senior operators.

Role Purpose

Support safe, efficient production operations by assisting with machine operation, maintenance activities, and 5S workplace organization duties while adhering to all health, safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Machine Support

• Assist Lead Operator and Operator in all aspects of machine operation and 5S duties.
• Operate all required steps and activities for designated production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other applicable instructions.
• Understand and effectively utilize standard equipment and software tools.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies and regulations, as well as the standards and procedures established by Napco.
• Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect individuals and property and to prevent market losses.

Knowledge & Communication

• Understand Napco's business environment and objectives.
• Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures effectively.
• Communicate and deliver information in a business context—both verbally and in writing—in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
• Possess knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in Napco's maintenance practices.
