Site Supervisors / Foremen

Role Overview

Site Supervisor / Foreman at White Spot Facilities Management. The role oversees daily construction, fit-out and finishing activities across assigned villas, managing subcontractors, trades, labour teams and work quality to ensure completion within schedule and specification.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise daily construction, fit-out and finishing activities across assigned villas.
• Manage and coordinate activities including masonry, plastering, tiling, marble, painting, gypsum, ceilings, joinery, doors, sanitary fittings and other architectural finishing works.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors, tradesmen and labour teams working simultaneously across different villas.
• Maintain proper sequencing of trades to avoid clashes, rework and delays.

Manpower & Resource Management

• Allocate and control daily manpower based on priorities provided by the Site Engineer / Site Manager.
• Monitor availability of materials, tools and equipment and inform the Site Engineer in advance of shortages.
• Coordinate material movement and ensure materials are properly stored and used.
• Maintain daily manpower, subcontractor and progress records.

Quality & Standards

• Monitor workmanship, productivity and progress throughout the day.
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and required finishing standards.
• Identify defective or incomplete works and arrange immediate rectification.
• Coordinate with QA/QC personnel for inspections and rectification of observations.
• Support snagging and de-snagging activities and ensure assigned snags are closed within agreed timelines.

Communication & Reporting

• Ensure subcontractors understand daily targets, work sequences and completion deadlines.
• Report delays, quality concerns, manpower shortages, material shortages and site constraints immediately to the Site Engineer / Site Manager.
• Support the Site Engineer / Site Manager during consultant / client inspections and project handover.

Site Management & Safety

• Ensure completed areas are properly protected against damage from subsequent works.
• Enforce site HSE, housekeeping and PPE requirements.
• Ensure work areas are kept organized and ready for inspection.
