Site Supervisor (Marble & Stone Works)

Role Overview

Site Supervisor (Marble & Stone Works) at MIRA Construction, Dubai. An experienced hands-on Site Foreman is needed to lead on-site stone installation works for luxury residential and commercial projects.

Role Purpose

Lead and supervise daily installation of marble, travertine, and large-format porcelain across dry cladding, wet methodology, floors, walls, and bespoke features. Ensure top-tier craftsmanship, manage site teams and subcontractors, and coordinate with main contractors and project engineers to deliver projects on time and to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Craftsmanship

• Lead daily site installation of marble, travertine, and large-format porcelain using dry cladding, wet methodology, floors, walls, and bespoke features.
• Ensure top-tier craftsmanship including precise jointing, alignment, book-matching, cutting, and finishing/polishing.
• Read and accurately interpret architectural shop drawings, stone layout plans, and cut-lists.

Site Management & Leadership

• Manage site workers and subcontractors.
• Enforce strict project timelines and safety/HSE standards.
• Coordinate effectively with main contractors, consultants, and project engineers on site.

Qualifications & Experience

• More than 6 years of experience as a Site Foreman specializing in stonework in the UAE.
• Previous experience working directly for a specialized Marble/Stone company.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep technical knowledge of natural stone (marble, travertine) and porcelain handling, dry/wet fixing techniques, and chemical treatments.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of English, required for daily site coordination.
