Role Purpose

Supervise and coordinate finishing, snagging and de-snagging works across multiple residential villas, ensuring quality execution against approved drawings, specifications and schedules while managing subcontractors, resources and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities independently across multiple villas.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors and specialist contractors to ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, Clients and subcontractors regarding site progress and technical issues.

Quality & Snagging Management

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues, defects and incomplete works.
• Prepare and maintain snag lists and ensure timely closure of all outstanding items.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, method statements, quality standards and project specifications.

Resource & Schedule Management

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and site resources based on daily and weekly work priorities.
• Monitor project schedules and immediately highlight potential delays, manpower shortages or material constraints.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure required materials are available according to the work programme.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily progress records and provide regular site progress updates and reports.

Health, Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to HSE requirements at site.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in finishing, snagging and de-snagging works for villas and residential projects.
• Good knowledge of finishing activities including tiling, marble, painting, gypsum and false ceiling, joinery, doors, sanitary works and other architectural finishes.
• UAE or GCC villa, luxury residential or high-end fit-out experience preferred.
