Site Engineer at Egis Group (Waagner Biro Bridge Services), Dubai and UAE. We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer with proven experience in the execution of bridge and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE.

Role Purpose
The Site Engineer will supervise site activities, coordinate with project teams, ensure quality and safety compliance, and deliver works in accordance with project specifications and schedules on bridge and infrastructure construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Monitoring
- Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities related to bridge and infrastructure works.
- Verify site measurements and prepare progress reports.
- Monitor work progress and report site activities to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE construction requirements.
- Review construction drawings and provide technical support to site teams.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, surveyors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Planning & Problem Resolution
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution of bridge and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of bridge construction methodologies, road works, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and project execution practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Additional Information
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
