Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Monitoring

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.

Coordination & Planning

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resolving site-related issues.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in construction projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
