Role Overview

Mid-Level SIGINT Signals Intelligence Specialist – Exploitation Focus with Bizzell Corporation, based in Kuwait.

Role Purpose

Deliver SIGINT exploitation and analysis in support of joint operations, operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location to meet CJOA-I requirements.

Key Responsibilities

SIGINT Operations & Analysis

• Operate within Army and Joint SIGINT procedures and protocols.
• Process and exploit SIGINT data using CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet and associated SIGINT database and search engines.
• Possess working knowledge of NSA tasking, collection, processing, and reporting procedures.
• Conduct research and analysis in support of intelligence product development.
• Deliver written intelligence products demonstrating strong analytical and writing skills.

Team & Remote Collaboration

• Operate effectively as a member of an analytical team from a remote location.
• Utilize mIRC, Jabber Chat, and intelligence-related automation tools to support analytical efforts and team coordination.

Intelligence Support

• Demonstrate working knowledge of military ground and operations, target-area geography, place names, titles, and cultural norms.
• Identify and understand relevant enemy objectives, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Maintain proficiency in communications architecture (PED).

Qualifications & Experience

• Training in SIGINT operations.
• Minimum four years of SIGINT experience within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agencies.
• Former Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 1N, 35S/P/N, 35B, 352B/PQ/R/S, 18F, or equivalent specialty codes.
• TS/SCI clearance with current CI scope Polygraph (minimum one year currency) OR willingness to undergo CI scope Polygraph prior to deployment.
• Highly desired: Associates or Bachelor's Degree.
• Highly desired: Four years of Operational level experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Proficiency in mIRC and Jabber Chat.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of SIGINT data processing systems including CIDNE, RT-RG, and NSANet.
• Proficiency with SIGINT database and search engines.
• Experience with intelligence-related automation tools.
• Knowledge of military operations, target-area geography, and cultural norms.

Additional Information

• Deployment to Kuwait required.
