• Process customer payments through multiple methods including cash, cards, and digital transactions while adhering to established cash handling procedures
• Promote family-friendly initiatives and programs to establish IKEA as a premier shopping destination
• Translate customer insights into operational improvements

Store Operations & Strategy

• Contribute to the development and execution of the country business plan and financial objectives
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize store layout, signage, and customer navigation systems

Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility

• Advocate for and implement sustainable and socially responsible shopping options aligned with IKEA's corporate commitments

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in customer service leadership or retail management
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and cash handling compliance
