Shift Manager - Wynn Rewards at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027, located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Role Purpose

Oversee Wynn Rewards desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while leading team members to maintain high levels of guest engagement and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Service

• Oversee Wynn Rewards desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure prompt and satisfactory outcomes
• Monitor program enrollment and usage metrics, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high levels of guest engagement and professionalism
• Assist in training new team members and support ongoing development of existing staff

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional promotions and guest experiences

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest service or loyalty program operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or gaming environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in loyalty systems and guest service platforms
• Fluency in English required
• Additional languages such as Arabic are an asset
